framedrip is a private, members-only reference library intended to help creatives find visual inspiration for pitch decks, treatments, and mood boards. By creating an account or using this site, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Reference use only
framedrip is a reference and inspiration tool. Images in this library are collected from commercials, films, and other visual media for the sole purpose of internal creative reference (e.g. building a pitch deck or treatment to communicate a visual idea). Membership or access to this site does not grant you, and framedrip does not claim to grant, any license, ownership, or right to use any image commercially, publicly, or in any final deliverable.
No rights conveyed
framedrip does not own the underlying rights to the images in this library and makes no representation as to their copyright status. Any commercial, public, or production use of an image found on this site is solely your responsibility, and you must independently secure any necessary rights, licenses, or clearances before using an image for anything beyond internal reference.
No source attribution
In order to keep this a clean reference tool rather than a lookup for source material, framedrip intentionally does not display the title, production, or other identifying information for the source of an image.
Acceptable use
In addition to the restrictions above, you agree that you will not: scrape, crawl, or use any automated tool to bulk-download images or data from the site; resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially redistribute access to the library or any image in it; use the site or its contents to build or train a competing product or database; share your account or login credentials with anyone else; or attempt to circumvent any access, download, or rate limits. We may suspend or terminate access for violating this section without notice.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are personal, private, and non-transferable — one account per person. You agree to provide accurate information when registering, to keep your credentials secure, and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under it.
Our intellectual property
Aside from the images themselves (see above), the framedrip name, logo, design, search and tagging system, and underlying software are the property of framedrip and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission, beyond what's needed for your own normal use of the site as a member.
Copyright complaints
If you're a rights holder and believe an image on framedrip infringes your copyright, contact us at support@framedrip.com with: (1) a description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed; (2) the location (e.g. a link) of the image on framedrip; (3) your contact information; and (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We'll promptly review valid requests and remove images where appropriate.
No warranty
framedrip is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any image, tag, or search result will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, framedrip and its owners and operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, or from any image found on it, including any claim arising from your use of an image beyond what these terms permit.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violating these terms. You may stop using framedrip and close your account at any time by contacting us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the revised terms here with an updated date. Continued use of framedrip after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
